Beautiful large park with about 14 RV spaces. Each space has 30 amp and water with a $4.00 per night charge for the hookups. There is a sewer dump close to the entrance to the park. There is a really nice 18-hole golf course within walking distance. In the park (with manicured grass as far as you can see), you will find hundreds of shade trees, dozens of picnic tables, barbeque grills, a large multi-use building and a building with restrooms near the RV area. Wonderful area for walking pets.

stayed March 2009. Found a way from Denver City, via CR 216 saved going down to Seminole and back north. Look NORTH when crossing on the CR and you will see the trees. Good Verizon, for Wifi, trees blocked dome....no tv. oh well allows time for a post.

We made this an overnight stop going to Cloudcroft, NM in August. It was very nice and the park was great! Shaded area to sit in your chairs.

Just an update: spent Memorial Day weekend here and talked to Robert, the caretaker. They have already graded 14 more sites that will have 50 amp power. Expect it to be finished about midsummer. He is also refurbishing the 30 amp boxes presently in place.

Between Brownfield and Seminole on Highways 62/385. From Highway 180 in Seminole, head north for 8 miles. Park is on west side of highway. Back-in sites; playground. Wally World in Seminole. Very clean and nice town.

The other description is accurate. I just want to second that review to say this is a very nice campground. The golf course is quite nice and also reasonable ($25 on the weekend including cart). Restrooms were clean but no shower. Very pleasant spot. We camped there in October 2005.
