Two blocks south of the main highway right in the middle of Fort Laramie. 8 parallel sites. Water, electricity and bathrooms on site. Plenty of shade. Free will donation box but it was missing and only had a sign suggesting $3.00. We had engine trouble and the folks in Fort Laramie were more than accommodating. The F.L.A.G. Restaurant was great. Fort Laramie Historical Monument is only a mile away.

We camped here August 2008 - very very noisy with trains at least every 1/2 hour - but the town is very welcoming, park is lovely. One of the store owners came and welcomed us to town...very nice!

Slept there last year. No campsites, just looks like a city park. Near the tracks and loud trains all night. Bathrooms were open.

No supplies or gas not much town. Water only. Watch you speed when going thru towns. That is how the cities make their money. Just a safe place to get off the road. Goto Wheatland, much better.

Park road is a circle, and you just pull to the side of the road to camp. No designated sites. Electrical boxes were marked "Out of Order", water was off, and bathrooms locked. If your wanting to boondock, it's OK. Donation requested for stay.
