A new casino opened July 5, 2008 and they allow RVs to stay overnight. It is located in extreme northeast OK where the corners of Oklahoma, Missouri and Kansas come together. Take the Baxter Springs, KS exit off I-44 which is the first exit in MO if you're going east or the last free exit in MO before entering the Will Rogers Turnpike if you're traveling west. It is a huge Las Vegas-style casino that cost approximately $300 million to build including the hotel which is due to open in the fall of 2008.

We stayed here on 10/6, 10/7. As stated in the other comments, sign up for the Q card, (free), and you can stay for three nights with water & electric, no chsrge. After 3 nights, its $15.00 per night. You can park in the open spaces with out hook ups for free. Casino is very nice, but smoking is allowed in all areas.

Stays are free for 3 days if you have the Downstream's Q Card which is free in the casino. After 3 days the charge is $15. per night. Trucks park at the end of the RV designated spaces and idle all night, so it's best to stay on the east end. Water and electric provided with a clean dump station on the east end. Stay during one of their summer outdoor concerts and the entertainment is easily heard from your rig. Route 66 towns of Joplin, Galena and Baxter Springs are nearby. Dining in the Casino is moderatly priced and good. A free shuttle comes by every 20 min. and will take you to the hotel where you can swim in their pool! WiFi is iffy due to distance, but there is a free business center in the hotel with a computer, and free wi-fi throughout the facility.

We just found this casino and stayed 4/10/2010. It has 22 RV pull through sites with electric and water. There is no sewer at the sites but there is a RV dump station at the end of the campground. We checked in and they told us that we could stay 3 night for free. Very nice casino and the food was good, wife actually came out $150 ahead on the night. This is a worthwhile Stop.

As of March 2009 the RV park is still free. They have water & electric and a dump station on site. Shuttle bus will take you to the casino. The sites are side-by-side on the parking lot with hookups in between. Well lighted and secure. We've found it's a great waypoint between KC and OKC, even if just for a quick nap!

They are adding an RV Park with 22 sites, water and electric and a dump station. The park will be open in Aug of 2008. They are not sure how much they are going to charge, they thought it would be about $25.00 per night.
