We stayed in this one in September 05. It worked for us off-season in our anonymous van camper, but is only about a 10-car parking lot and employees of the upscale restaurant right down the street took up most of the spaces that night (we know because it cleared out after the restaurant closed). The lot was not suitable for a class A or a longer class C RV. In walking around Wiscasset that night, we saw the same overnight-parking-allowed signs posted in at least two other in-town parking lots not suited for RVs. We had the strong impression that the signs are simply there because most of the curbside parking in the town is limited to a couple of hours. The restaurant is good, by the way; we enjoyed the finnan haddie.
