Description
We happened along this park in the late evening. Very clean and inviting. To our surprise there was a cement pond that was open to kids to fish for trout. There was also a playground, a rest room, a dump station and water to fill up the trailer. We traveled east on Alt 14 and it was off that road on the left pass the 3rd or 4th traffic light.

Stayed at Homesteaders Park on two seperate trips through Powell. Park was clean, safe and friendly. Dump services are free. Watch out for the lawn sprinklers, they will also water the parking area (soaking your unit). We wrote a letter to the Powell Tribune Letter to the Editor thanking the residents of Powell for their hospitality. This is a wonderful stop and rest park.

We stayed in this park in July. Very convenient with supermarkets and a laundromat. The time limit is 72 hours.
