We travel through Anderson frequently to and from the Bay Area and often stay at this Wal-Mart. Yes it is posted but if you ask at the customer service desk, they'll look you over and caution you not to move in (ie., no awnings, pink flamingos, Astroturf, etc). You won't be cited. California has a big problem with itinerants permanently living in Wal-Mart's parking lots. So spend one night, show your appreciation by shopping their store and be a good guest and you will be welcome.
